Christmas Cocktails
Everyone has their own Christmas plans. Some people head home to catch up with family. Others take a romantic vacation with loved ones. And some don’t celebrate the holiday, as it may not be a part of their culture. But most people have at least one thing in common on December 25th: They’re going to be getting their drink on. The fantastic people over at www.whattodrink.com have come up with a festive list of drinks to celebrate the season. Read on, create, and get lit like a Christmas tree!

The Chocolate Milk Whip
Ingredients: 4 oz. chocolate milk, 2 oz. cold coffee, whipped cream, shaved chocolate
Directions: Fill a tall glass with ice. Add 4 oz. chocolate milk and 2 oz. cold coffee. Top with whipped cream and garnish with shaved chocolate.
It’s obvious that you would like to add alcohol, so make sure to add 1 oz. of Bailey’s as well.

Candy Cane Swirl
Ingredients: 1 oz. Skyy Infusions Raspberry, 3 oz. red cranberry juice, .5 oz. grenadine, .5 oz. peppermind schnapps, lemon lime soda
Directions: Rim martini glass with crushed candy cane. Combine Skyy Vodka, Peppermind Schnapps, cranberry juice and grenadine into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and straing into martini glass. Top with lemon lime soda and garnish with small peppermint candy cane.

Love Letter
Ingredients: 1 oz. Campari, 1 oz. lime juice, 3/4 oz. Cointreau, 1/4 oz. maple syrup, 1/4 oz. grenadine, 3 dashes of Peychauds Bitters
Directions: (Note Maple Syrup should be 1:1 with water) Mix ingredients. Shake. Add soda. Pour over ice in highball. Garnish with a lime zest.

Red Hot Chocolate
Ingredients: 1 oz. Compari, 2 oz. Brandy, 3 oz. milk, .5 oz. heavy cream (optional), 2 tablespoons chocolate chip
Directions: Put milk, cream, and chocolate in a milk frothing cup used for espresso. Froth milk as you would for cappuccino. When milk is hot remove frothing wand and whisk or stir vigoroursly until chocolate is completely melted. Add Campari and Brandy. Pour into heat-resistant cup. Can be garnished with one large hand-cut marshmallow or a red peppermint stick.

Cuppa Good Cheer
Ingredients: 1.5 oz. Skyy Infusions Cherry, .5 oz. white creme de cacao, 4 oz. hot cocoa, 1 oz. Half ‘n Half, whipped cream, maraschino cherry
Directions: Combine all ingredients into a holiday mug and top with whipped cream, red sprinkles and a Maraschino cherry.
